Why It Matters

The first star is Edmonton Oilers centre Leon Draisaitl. Draisaitl had nine points in three games all of which the Oilers won in their climb to third place in the Pacific Division. The second star is Colorado Avalanche centre Nathan MacKinnon. MacKinnon had nine points in three games as the Avalanche went 2-1-0. The third star is Ottawa Senators goalie Linus Ullmark. Ullmark saved 88 of the 91 shots that he faced in three games all of which the Senators won for a .967 save percentage.
