Boston Celtics centre Kristaps Porzingis plans to play in the NBA finals and is unsure if he’s 100%

Why It Matters

Porzingis plans to be available for game one of the NBA finals but is unsure of how his leg will respond. Porzingis has been out with a calf injury since game four of the Celtics first round series against the Miami Heat. Porzingis had returned to some portion of practice on Friday and participated fully in a light session on Saturday. Porzingis had previously played three years with the Mavericks before being traded to the Celtics in July 2022.
