The Vancouver Canucks have placed goalie Thatcher Demko on injured reserve

Why It Matters

The Canucks have placed Demko on injured reserve with a lower body injury. The Canucks will not have Demko for the rest of their road trip. Demko had missed time earlier this season with a knee injury. Kevin Lankinen has seen most of the Canucks starts this season. Demko is 6-6-3 with a .891 save percentage. Lankinen has a .923 save percentage over his last five games.
