Vancouver Canucks winger Brock Boeser has been cleared to play after a blood clot in his leg

Why It Matters

Boeser has been cleared to resume skating after missing the Canucks final playoff game with the bloodclot. Boeser’s offseason training was delayed because he stayed on the blood thinners that kept him out of the Canucks game seven loss to the Edmonton Oilers. Boeser suffered the injury blocking a shot in game one and it worsened as the series progressed. Boeser might need to wear compression devices on the team charter now. Boeser lead the Canucks in goals in the playoffs with seven.
