San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel doesn’t have a fracture in his shoulder

Why It Matters

It is unclear if the 49ers will have Samuel against the Detroit Lions for the NFC championship game on Sunday. Samuel had previously missed two games with a shoulder injury during the Regular Season. According to Head Coach Kyle Shanahan the imaging did not show a fracture which leaves hope for Samuel to play in the NFC championship game. If Samuel isn’t available Jauan Jennings would get an expanded role in the passing offence.
